Recruitment 2026 Summer Sessions. 

We have a NEW summer volunteer program for youth,  15-17 yrs,  looking to boost their CVs and develop individual leadership skills while planning and organizing meaningful community service projects in NDG!  Contact us directly for more details at jeunessebenny@gmail.com.

  • This new summer volunteer program is designed for youth 15-17 years, looking to boost their CVs and developing individual leadership skills while planning and organizing meaningful community service projects in NDG this summer. Groups will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays throughout the summer at Benny Center..
  • Participants must be available a minimum of 120 hours and finish their Community projects  by March 31st, 2027.  First-aid &  Outdoor Certifications and Animation workshops will be planned around participant and instructor availabilities.  Until March 31st, 2027, all costs related to this program are covered by our Canada Service Corps project.
  • This initiative unites passionate mentors with teams of enthusiastic youth to collaboratively create impactful projects that address local needs and improve their community. There will also be an outdoor component which will help promote teamwork, foster resilience, and encourage participants to develop a connection to nature

Recruitment 2026-2027 Sessions.

Our CSC project is a year long project to empower NDG youth 12-25 years old who are passionate about developing their leadership skills in both an urban and outdoor recreational setting. Participants will organize and execute inclusive activities that address local needs and improve the community, with a focus on active living and nature. There will also be leadership training courses and volunteering opportunities throughout the year. This initiative unites passionate mentors with teams of enthusiastic youth to collaboratively create impactful projects that address local needs and improve the community. There will also be an outdoor component which will help promote teamwork, foster resilience, and encourage participants to develop a connection to nature.  

  • New teens open house  Tuesday June 30th
  • Benny Center Monday 10h00 – 15h00 (Drop by for more details)
  • Program is free of charge – Limited number of spaces available.
  • Includes all Outdoor & Recreational trainings and certifications.
  • Includes all  necessary personal gear and and outdoor equipment.
