All activities will be outdoors. Regular field trips planned by youth

ACTIVITIES – X/C kiing, skating, snowshoeing. Hiking, camping, photography, astronomy lots more!

- OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 15-17 yrs (Sec 4,5)
- TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS 16+ yrs

Jr. OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. (jr. OLP )

Seasonal outdoor activities for youth aged 12 to 14. (SEC 1, 2, 3)

Open to NDG teenagers interested in trying out new outdoor leisure activities.
Weekly meetings and activity planning; Fridays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Subject to COVID-19 requirements..
Fall programs include hiking, outdoors and fishing.
Winter programs include snowshoeing, X/C skiing, fundraising activities and day trips are planned and organized by youth on Saturdays or Sundays.
Youth participate in community events and raise funds to pay for their activities.

Sr. OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. (sr. OLP )

Year-round Outdoor Leadership Program for youth 15-17 yrs. (Sec 4, 5)

Open to NDG teens interested in organizing year-round outdoor recreation programs.

Meetings & training sessions; Fridays 7-9pm
Field Trips; Saturdays or Sundays 7am – 5pm September – April.
Wilderness Camping Trips; September, October, March, May, August
Organizing community events throughout the year ;GYM Camping Trip, Winter Carnival, Movies in Park…
Outdoor Certification courses throughout the year;
