DAY CAMP IS FULL

  • We will try and open more spots if more space and staff are available.

Programs in collaboration with the CDN-NDG Borough.

  • Priority given to CDN-NDG residents
    • As of MARCH 23rd, there are only 15 Camp Spaces still available to Non-Residents of CDN-NDG Borough.
  • No Weekly registrations in 2018.
  • Teens 13-15 –  see Teen Leadership Program on the website.

CAMP FEES  2018

DAY CAMP FEES 2018:

Registration fees for Day Camp are payable in full at time of registration or in three installments.

  • Day Camp Fees    (7wk camp)
    • CDN-NDG RESIDENTS   $550
    • Non-RESIDENTS  $600
  • EXTENDED HOURS FEES: 
    • Morning & Afternoon               $275  /7 wks   or    $60/per wk
    • Morning only                             $150 / 7 wks  or $30/per wk   
    • Afternoons only                         $165 / 7 wks or $30/per wk
    • Friday afternoons (13h-18h).  $70 / 7wks or $15 /per wk
  • FEES INCLUDE:
    • $100 NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee
    • Discount for additional children
    • Early-Bird discount until May 4th, 2018
  • NOT INCLUDED:
    • Bus tickets or monthly bus pass.
    • Special bus trip rental fee.
    • Lunches or snacks.  

SPECIAL ADVENTURE WEEK PROGRAM FEES:

  • Adventure Week for 6-11yrs   $125.  August 13th-17th

REGISTRATION DETAILS 2017

1)  ONLINE REGISTRATIONS   (until the camp is full)

  • NEW Registrations start on March 30  10:00 am
  • Payments may be made by VISA or Master Card.

2)  IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS 2017

4)  REGISTERING A  CHILD FOR ANOTHER PERSON 

You must register the child of the other person in the Amilia account of his family. (Create it if it does not exist)  DO NOT REGISTER THEM IN YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. (Otherwise, the Relevé 24 forms for taxes will be incorrect.)

5)  METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registration must be paid in full by June 16th.

Registration fees for Day Camp are payable in full at time of registration or in three installments dated as follows;

  • Registration Fee due at registration   $100.00    (Non-Refundable)
  • Installment #1 due April 16th              $225.00
  • Installment #2 due May 1st               $225.00

Payment by credit card, the second installment will be charged automatically on the same credit card used to register.

Payments paid by check and a post-dated check will be withdrawn from your account on the dates above.

After June 1st, all registration fees are due in full at the time of registration.

6)  CAMP FEES

  • Include non-refundable registration fee. ($100. for 7wk camp
  • Include weekly activity fees.
  • NOT INCLUDED;
    • Transportation costs ( 2-4 bus tickets will be needed weekly)
    • Additional cost for bus trips off the Island of Montreal.(ie:Grandby Zoo & Camping Trip)
    • No supervision is provided for those who do not participate in trips or outings.

7)  E-MAIL ADDRESS

Please be sure to submit your e-mail address during registration, as camp communications via e-mail will be encouraged this summer.

8)  REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be made in writing. Complete the form provided for that purpose and return it duly signed by fax (514 868-4008) or email (jeunessebenny@gmail.com).

The refund only applies to the unused portion of the activity, from the date of receipt of the request. Once the week has begun, it is considered to have been completed and the refund will be made in proportion to the remaining days not used. The administrative fee of $ 100 is not refundable.

No supervision is provided for those who do not participate in outings or trips.

9)  RELEVÉ 24 TAX FORMS

  • Tax forms will be issued at the end of February 2019.
  • The S.I.N. of parent claiming for income tax is REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. Tax receipts cannot be issued without this information.
  • Changes can only be made upon receipt of a written request. (jeunessebenny@gmail.com)
  • Any changes or additions to this information made after August 10th, 2018 will be subject to a $25 Administration Fee. No exceptions.
